While Questing be sure to Overachieve Do more than the quest says to on as many quests as possible and you will be able to level to 50 very fast. There are many regular quests in the world of ArcheAge, going from level 1 all the way to max. Regular quests are the best and the cheapest way of leveling, also providing a good source of money and some items. There are a few different regular quests, some of which are:. There are a few daily quests scattered around the world, and they are mostly given out by signposts.
These are mainly kill quests that require the player to kill a certain amount of enemies in an area. The quest usually auto completes, meaning the player doesn't have to return to an NPC or a signpost to complete the quest.
Story quests are only available to a specific race, and can't be done by other races, even if the races are on the same faction. The story quests are indicated by a green marker, and are slightly more important than the regular, daily or blue salt brotherhood quests, since they lead the player between quest hubs and are a good source of gilda stars.
Story quests usually end at around player level 30, with the last quest giving the player a cape as a reward. There are a few different story quests, some of which are:. File:Blue salt brotherhood quest marker. Blue Salt Brotherhood are a group of merchants that specialize in trading goods and services. Blue Salt Brotherhood provide the players with quests that introduce farming and other skills, as well as giving the players a Small Scarecrow Designa Donkey mount and a Large Scarecrow Design.
These quests provide the players with a way to farm on protected land, but aren't that great in terms of experience gained. Starting location, ending location, optional destinations. Mounts in ArcheAge are not only for fast traveling, they can also help you to move trade packs quickly and you can use some of them in combat.
There are different types of traveling options in the game and this guide will tell you about all of them. There are 2 general ways to get a mount: you can either buy it from merchant or receive from a quest. Your first transport will most likely be received from guest at the early stages of the game at about 5th level. You will be given a quest to raise it by yourself.
Each race receives its own pet in the beginning. Horses, elk, and snowlions can carry 2 characters at the same time allowing you to travel with your friend.
How to get: You can get a horse in the starting location of Nuian race. Nuian can get a horse for free after completing Animal Care quest chain in Solzreed Peninsula at level 6. Other races can buy this mount for 10 silver in the same location.
How to get: You can get Elk in the starting location of Elven race. Other races can buy this pet for 10 silver in the same location. Once you get the mount you can summon it anytime you want to travel. Just place it into one of your quick slots and activate it. Later on you can purchase or find new pets while traveling. You can have a lot of different ways to travel if you wish. Each mount is a separate character: it has its own health bar, stats, level, equipment and abilities you can use while riding.
You need to level your pet in order to unlock all his abilities and make it stronger. As it was said earlier each mount is an independent NPC with its own characteristics and level. You can increase its level by traveling on it and by summoning it during combat.
When you level it up your pet gets extra health, mana, skills and access to special armor. Sometimes there may be situations when enemy attacks you and injures your pet. It will enter an injured state and collapse. Once you get a pet you can rename it as you wish by right clicking the name when you select it and you will see a dropdown menu. Click Rename and enter new name in the field. Toggle navigation. Nuian : Horse Harani: Leomorph Firran: Snowlion Elf: Elk Horses, elk, and snowlions can carry 2 characters at the same time allowing you to travel with your friend.
Attack 2 sec Character attacks enemies on the left and on the right sides of the horse. Kick 18 sec The horse kicks backwards, dealing damage and knocking the target down. Damage depends on the level. Cast time: 0,3 sec. Protection 60 sec Horse and rider receive 5 seconds immunity to stun. If a horse meets an enemy on the way an enemy will be knocked down. Elk Movement Speed — 8. Range of the ability is 30 meters.Mounts are great in Guild Wars 2: Path of Fire, and they seem like a massive success, but one thing I am seeing a lot in map chat is how to get certain mounts.
Below you'll see the map the mount is in, what you'll need, the heart to complete, and the fastest way to complete the heart. Of course all of this is also in the video above. Do the story mission, you'll get the mount. Requirements: None.Perfect stats on your gear easy and cheap - Archeage Unchained
Task: Complete the Help out around Highjump Ranch heart. The quickest way to complete this is by riding around the entire little island region and collecting carrots while on the Springer mount. You can also fill water troughs, if you can't find anymore carrots. Requirements: To get to this region of the map, you need a Raptor with level 3 mastery, Canyon Jumping, it requires 6 mastery points in total.
You'll need to jump over the large gap to the other side of the platform. You also require 1 gold, and 50 Trade Contracts. Task: Complete the Use a skimmer to help with training around the ranch heart. The quickest way to complete this is by flying around and collecting baskets of apples while on the Skimmer mount. Then deliver them to the NPCs marked with a hunger sign above their heads, they are marked on your mini-map.
You'll need to jump over sandy water to the platforms. You also require 4 gold, and 50 Trade Contracts. The quickest way to complete this is by riding around the top level of the structure collecting blue and orange orbs and then bringing them back to the heart NPC while on the Jackal mount.
Killing the enemies above also gives a decent amount of progress. I did a mix of all the tasks to complete this quickly.
Requirements: To get to this region of the map, you need a Skimmer preferably so you can fly over the dangerous terrain. To complete the heart however, you require either a Skimmer with level 3 mastery, or a Springer with level 3 mastery. If you don't have either you cannot complete the heart. Hence, this will require 15 mastery points in total, as you won't be able to get either of the mounts without Canyon Jumping in Raptor. You'll need to fly over to an edge of a platform, dismount, jump up and then mount again and fly up the stairs.
You also require 20 gold, and Trade Contracts. If you do not purchase the mount on the day you complete the heart, the cost is 30 gold, 40 silver, and Trade Contracts. If you need some additional visuals and help on how to get to a specific spot, my video has timestamps you can jump ahead to.
Thank you for reading, and I hope this has helped you! It's worth mentioning that Springer is hard-locked until you get Canyon Jumping so no Mesmer friends portaling you across the gap and Skimmer is hard-locked until you get at least Springer 1 mastered. This is easy to miss, but Path of Fire has a "mount tutorial" mode that everyone starts in. It turns off entirely once you get Raptor 3 and Springer 1 mastered, but even if you were to somehow get to the appropriate location for mounts such as a teleport to friend before mastering those, you can't even attempt the heart quest to unlock the purchasing.
One point you could maybe clarify - By the Raptor example, "Task" in your guide seem to mean "do this to get the mount", but the others all mention using the mount you're getting.
Is that done via "borrowing" a mount like in the story instance, or are the hearts needed for something other than actually getting the mount? Edit for later readers: each Renown Heart offers mounts to borrow for the tasks, just like the Raptor one in the story. Drarnor Kunoram. Today I just got the Springer and then the Skimmer in about 10 minutes of one another, as soon as I got Raptor 3, without having to master Springer 1 first to unlock the Skimmer. Each playable race has a different racial mount type, offered in three color options during an early mount-raising quest line in the starting zones.
Some mounts are also available from various merchants or as rare rewards. Once grown to an adult, mounts can be summoned into the world.
They have their own health bar, stats, experience amount and level, slots for equipment and collision. You can ride your mount or have them follow you as you run around.
They can also be attacked by hostile NPCs or players, to prevent you from escaping. Mounts can be named and will display this name over their head when rider-less. Target your mount when summoned and right click their health bar to rename them. Some mounts such as the horses, elk and snowlions, have the ability to carry more than one character.
The owner acts as the main rider and controls the mount, while another member of their faction can mount up behind and be transported. This is especially handy for moving trade packs.
